HAM LOAF 
3 POUND LOAF:

2 1/4 lbs. ham, smoked
3/4 lb. pork shoulder
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 1/2 c. milk

4 POUND LOAF:

3 lbs. ham, smoked
1 lb. pork shoulder
4 eggs
2 c. bread crumbs
2 c. milk

5 POUND LOAF:

3 3/4 lbs. ham, smoked
1 1/4 lb. pork shoulder
5 eggs
2 1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 1/2 c. milk

Use fresh bread.

Mix all ingredients and form into loaf. Loaf will be soft but will be firm enough to cut when baked. Bake in 350 degree oven - OPEN PAN.

NOTE: 3 pound ham makes about 45 balls.

SAUCE:

1 can pineapple, crushed or chunks
Pineapple juice
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. Karo
1 c. raisins
1/8 tsp. cloves

Bring to boil the juice, water, brown sugar, Karo, and raisins until raisins are tender. Add pineapple. Thicken with cornstarch.
