PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
1 can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
1/8 lb. softened butter
4 eggs
5 slices of cubed bread

Cream butter and sugar. Add salt, eggs and pineapple. Add cubed bread and mix. Pour into greased 1 3/4 quart casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
