PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE | |
1 stick soft butter 4 eggs, well beaten 4 slices bread (crust removed) cut into cubes 1 c. sugar 2 (15 1/2 oz.) can chunk pineapple 1 tsp. vanilla Beat eggs. Then mix butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Fold in pineapple and bread. Bake in buttered casserole 50-60 minutes in 300-350 degree oven. |
