PEANUT BUTTER FINGERS 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1 c. oatmeal

Cream butter and sugars; add eggs, then peanut butter. Sift and add flour, salt and soda; add oatmeal and vanilla. Bake in well-greased pan at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cool.

Mix icing to spreading consistency. Spread on cooled cake and cut into fingers or squares.

ICING:

1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter

Add milk, if necessary.
