CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER FINGERS | |
1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. peanut butter 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. granulated sugar 1 egg 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 c. flour 1 c. oatmeal 1 c. chocolate chips 1/2 c. powdered sugar 1/4 c. peanut butter Less than 1/4 c. milk Cream butter; add sugars; cream well. Blend in egg, 1/2 cup peanut butter, soda, salt and vanilla. Add flour and oatmeal. Press into a greased and floured 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes until browned. Remove from oven. Sprinkle chocolate chips on, let set 5 minutes. Spread chocolate. Mix powdered sugar, 1/4 cup peanut butter and enough milk to give consistency to drizzle over chocolate. Cool. |
