1 head iceberg lettuce 1 pkg. fresh spinach 1 pkg. frozen peas 1 bunch fresh green onions 6 hard boiled eggs 1 lb. bacon fried and crumbled 2 c. mayonnaise 1 c. sour cream 1 pkg. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch dressing Chopped cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, etc. optional In a large bowl, tear lettuce into bite size pieces. Wash and trim spinach; towel dry and pull apart to match lettuce. Thaw frozen peas, but don't cook. Trim green onions, cut up, including green tops. Chop up other raw vegetables you wish to add. Put all in bowl with chopped eggs and crumbled bacon. For dressing: Mix all above thoroughly. Spread over top of salad like an icing. Don't mix in. Set overnight in refrigerator. To serve, toss well. |
