1 head lettuce
1 pkg. fresh spinach
1 pkg. frozen peas, thawed
1 bunch green onions
6 hard cooked eggs
1 lb. bacon
2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. HIDDEN VALLEY® salad dressing mix

Layer salad ingredients. Cover and seal with mixture of mayonnaise, sour cream, salad dressing mix. May be made 24 hours in advance. Do not mix until ready to serve.
