1 head lettuce, torn in pieces
1 lb. raw spinach, torn in pieces
6 to 8 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 lb. crisp bacon, crumbled
4 green onions, chopped
1 (10 oz.) box frozen peas, thawed, not cooked

Layer all above ingredients in salad bowl. Spread the following dressing on top and let stand overnight.

DRESSING:

1 pkg. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch mix
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
