1 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
1 pkg. frozen (thawed) peas
1 head cauliflower, cut up
1 head lettuce, shredded
1/4 c. Miracle Whip
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Dash salt

Each ingredient must be layered in large casserole dish, in the order specified above. Ice the top layer with the Miracle Whip. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese and salt on top. Refrigerate for at least two hours.
