SIMPLE ZESTY MUSHROOM SALAD | |
12 oz. sliced mushrooms (4 - 4 oz. cans) 6 oz. small pitted ripe black olives, cut in half 3 c. peeled, cubed cucumber 1/2 c. thinly sliced onion 8 oz. bottle Italian dressing 1 tbsp. parsley 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. salt Pinch garlic salt 1 c. sliced green pepper, cut in half Mix all ingredients in a tightly sealed (medium) bowl. Chill for 15 to 20 minutes. Shake before serving. Approximately 6 to 8 servings. |
