SCALLOPED OYSTERS 
1 pt. oysters
4 c. sm. crackers
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Juice of oysters and milk to cover
1/4 c. butter

Make layers of oysters and crackers in a greased casserole. Season. Pour oyster juice and milk over until all is covered. Crackers will absorb liquid. Dot butter on top. Bake at 375 degrees for about 3/4 hour.
