SCALLOPED CORN AND OYSTERS 
2 eggs
2 c. milk
2 c. canned corn
1 c. chopped oysters
1 c. cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. flour
4 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
Pepper and green pepper or onions

Beat eggs, add milk and rest ingredients. Pour into a buttered 2 1/2 quart baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 1 hour.
