SCALLOPED CORN AND OYSTERS 
1 can creamed corn or 2 cups
1 can condensed oyster stew
1 c. cracker crumbs (Ritz)
1 c. milk
1/4 c. finely chopped celery
1 egg
At Christmas add 1 tbsp. chopped pimento
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole. As a finishing touch, 1/2 cup cracker crumbs and melted butter in a wreath around top. Bake in a moderate oven of 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool slightly.
