TORTILLA SOUP (SOPA DE TORTILLA) 
12 corn tortillas, cut into strips 1/2 x 2 inches
6 c. chicken broth
2 tomatoes, boiled and remove skins
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 med. onion, roughly chopped
1 c. mozzarella cheese
2 lg. sprigs fresh cilantro
1/2 c. oil
Salt to taste
1 green onion
