MEXICAN CORN BREAD 
1 lb. hamburger meat, browned
1 can cream style corn
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 c. cornmeal
1 c. milk
1/4 c. oil
1 pkg. shredded cheddar cheese, mild
3 jalapeno peppers

Mix meat, oil, corn, 1/2 of cheese, 1/2 of onion and milk. In separate bowl, mix 1/2 of cheese, 1/2 onion, peppers, and meat. Pour half of first mixture into pan, then all of next mixture. Cover with remaining of first mixture. Cook 1 hour at 325 degrees.
