MEXICAN CORN BREAD 
2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1 (14 oz.) cream style corn
2/3 c. oil
1 1/2 c. yellow corn meal
Hot peppers
2 tbsp. chopped green peppers
3 tsp. baking powder
1 c. grated cheese

Mix first 5 ingredients. Add corn meal, bell peppers, hot peppers and baking powder. Grease pan. Heat dish until hot. Pour half of mixture in dish. Sprinkle 1/2 of cheese, pour remainder of mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Then add rest of cheese and let melt.
