PINEAPPLE SHEET CAKE 
1 can unsweetened crushed pineapple & juice
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix and pour on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

FROSTING:

8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
1 stick butter, room temperature
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut (optional)

Mix and beat until smooth. Spread over slightly warm cake.
