CREAMY CHILI CON QUESO DIP 
8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 (12 oz.) can chopped green chile peppers, drained
3 c. sour cream
8 oz. milk cheddar cheese, grated
8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated

Layer 1/3 of all ingredients, in order given in an 8 by 8 baking dish. Repeat layers twice. Bake at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes or until center is set. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
