ITALIAN FRIED POTATOES 
4 med. potatoes
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 tsp. rosemary
1/2 c. oil or Crisco

Use heavy skillet. Heat oil. Pare and slice potatoes and place in skillet. Sprinkle chopped garlic and rosemary over top. Cover and let fry turning potatoes with spatula as they brown. When nearly done, sprinkle with salt. Drain on paper towels and serve immediately.
