1 sm. pkg. vanilla pudding
6 oz. butterscotch morsels
1 box yellow cake mix
1 c. chopped nuts

Cook pudding as directed on package and let cool. Mix in dry mix, put morsels and nuts on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes in a 9x13 inch pan.
