BUTTERSCOTCH COOKIES 
1 c. (2 sticks) butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. crushed potato chips
1 pkg. butterscotch chips

Cream first 4 ingredients together. Stir in flour and baking soda; add potato chips and butterscotch chips. Shape into balls, the size of walnuts, and bake for 10 minutes at 350°F.
