LEMON COOKIES 
2 eggs
2/3 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon rind
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. sifted flour (self-rising)

Beat eggs with fork until well blended. Stir in oil, vanilla and lemon. Blend sugar in until thick. Sift dry ingredients together and stir in. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes until slightly brown around edges.

ICING:

1/2 stick melted butter
Small can milk
Powdered sugar to thicken
3 oz. cream cheese

Beat these together and add lemon juice and lemon rind to taste. Dash of vanilla.
