GRANDMA KUEHN'S 3 LAYER COOKIES 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. angel flake coconut

ICING:

2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. orange juice

Cream butter and flour. Spread in bottom of greased 8x12 inch pan. Bake 15 minutes until light brown at 350 degrees. Beat eggs lightly; add sugar and flour, baking powder and salt. Fold in chopped nuts and coconut. Pour over baked layer. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Spread with icing layer, well mixed. Cut small!
