REESE'S CUP COOKIES 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
Dash of salt
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 to 2 bags Reese's Cup candy

Mix butter, peanut butter, sugar, brown sugar and dash of salt. Add egg and vanilla.

Mix baking soda to flour and add to other ingredients. Roll into 1 inch balls. Put ball into tassie pan - do not mold.

Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes (light brown). Remove from oven, insert candy into center of cookie.

Cool for 5 minutes then remove from pan. Takes several hours for candy to get firm. This may be put in refrigerator to hasten the candy to get firm again. These cookies freeze well.
