COUNTRY CRUST BREAD 
2 pkgs. dry yeast
2 c. warm water
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
2 eggs
1/4 c. salad oil
6 c. flour
Melted butter

Combine all ingredients except 3 cups of flour and beat 5 minutes. Add remaining flour and mix and knead for 10 minutes.

Place in greased bowl and let rise for one hour. Divide into 2 regular or 3 small greased loaf pans. Let rise 1 hour. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 30 minutes. Remove and brush with melted butter.
