BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. shredded American cheese
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. milk
1/3 c. crushed round cheese crackers

Cook broccoli; omit salt, drain. In a bowl, stir soup, cheese, mayonnaise and milk. Fold in broccoli. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
