BRUNSWICK STEW | |
2 lbs. (lean) ground beef 1 lb. ground pork 1 c. chopped onions 1 bottle catsup 2 c. cream corn (not sweet) 2 c. tomatoes, mashed 2 sm. cans tomato sauce 2 c. garden peas 2 c. chopped potatoes Place ground beef, pork and onions in pan and cook until onions are done. Do not brown onions or meat. Mix other ingredients with meat. Simmer all ingredients in boiler at least 1 hour. Stir frequently. Flavor to taste with hot sauce. |
