CARROT PUDDING 
2 eggs
1/3 c. sugar
2 c. grated carrots
1 c. milk
3 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. nutmeg

Beat eggs, add sugar, salt, milk and then add carrots and spices. Melt butter in baking dish and add to pudding. Bake in 350 degree to 400 degree oven until brown. Bake about 1 hour.
