1 box Betty Crocker 1-step lemon custard angel food cake mix (dry) 1 (22 oz.) can lemon pie filling Mix above ingredients with large spoon. It will be dry at first but will mix into a very spreadable mixture. Pour into a greased cookie sheet with sides (or a jelly roll pan). Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or less. Frost with a powdered sugar glaze. (I squeeze a little lemon juice in this.) |
