EASY LEMON BARS 
1 (17.5 oz.) can lemon pie filling
1 box "one step" angel food cake mix

Slowly sift cake mix into lemon pie filling (in large bowl) while blending in gently with wire whip. When well blended and free of lumps, pour into greased and floured jelly roll pan. Bake until lightly browned and tests done (approximately 20 to 25 minutes) at 350 degrees. Cool and frost with icing or cream cheese icing. For color, sprinkle on "confetti" or other cake decorations. Refrigerate leftovers.
