EASY CHEESY LEMON BARS | |
1 pkg. lemon cake mix 3 eggs 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese 1/2 c. butter, melted 1 can lemon frosting Combine cake mix, butter, and 1 egg; mix with fork until moist. Pat into 9 x 13 inch pan. (Pan should be greased on bottom only.) Blend frosting mix and softened cream cheese. Reserve 2/3 cup of this mixture for frosting. Add 2 eggs to balance of the mixture and beat. Spread over cake mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool. Frost with reserved frosting mixture. If you want a more lemony taste, you can add a little lemon juice. Put in refrigerator to keep lemony taste. |
