EASY CHEESY LEMON BARS 
1 pkg. YELLOW cake mix
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 egg
6 oz. pkg. dry white frosting mix
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
2 eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13 x 9 inch pan on bottom only. Combine in large bowl first 3 ingredients until well mixed. Press into bottom of prepared pan. Blend in medium bowl frosting mix and cream cheese. Add lemon extract. Mix well. Reserve 1/2 cup mixture for frosting baked bars. Add 2 eggs to remaining frosting mixture. Beat 3 minutes on high. Spread over base. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Cool; frost. Makes about 3 dozen bars.
