2 sticks butter 2 c. flour 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar Blend together like pie dough and press into a 9x13 inch pan and about 1 inch up the sides of the pan. Bake at 350 degrees about 25 minutes until lightly browned. Mix together for filling: 1/4 c. flour 1/3 c. fresh lemon juice 1/2 tsp. baking powder 4 eggs, beaten When pie dough is golden brown, pour filling mix into crust and return to oven and bake for about 23 minutes. Cool, dust with confectioners' sugar. Cut into bars or squares. |
