LAMB AND NOODLES 
1 to 2 lbs. lamb, cut in chunks
2 onions, diced
5 stalks celery, chopped
2 cans tomato paste

Cut up onions and celery and place in baking dish to cover bottom. Place lamb chunks on top. Cover mixture with 2 cans tomato paste and 3 cans water. The meat must be submerged. Add a bay leaf, allspice and salt and pepper to taste. Bake 2 hours at 350 degrees.

Boil noodles. Drain. Remove meat mixture from pan. Place noodles in pan and cover with meat mixture. Toss.
