PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
4-6 pork chops
Flour
1 clove garlic, minced
4-6 potatoes, peeled and sliced
2 lg. onions, sliced
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped
Cooking oil
Salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Trim excess fat from chops and roll in flour. Brown chops and garlic in hot oil. Season with salt and pepper. Place potatoes in casserole. Top with brown chops. Separate onions into rings; arrange over chops. Pour tomatoes over all. Cover and bake 1 hour and 30 minutes.
