SHRIMP AND MUSHROOM CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
1 chopped onion
1/2 green pepper, chopped
2 heaping tbsp. flour
3/4 c. half and half
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 can sliced mushrooms and juice
1 lb. boiled and clean shrimp

Cook onion and green pepper in butter. Add flour and blend. Add other ingredients and pour into greased casserole. Top with buttered bread crumbs and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
