RICE AND MUSHROOM CASSEROLE 
2 1/2 qt. casserole
1/4 c. butter
1 sm. can mushrooms, drained
2 cans onion soup
1 can water
1 c. white rice, uncooked

Mix ingredients in order and put in 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees. Liquid should be absorbed.
