HAMBURGER HASH 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
3 env. brown gravy mix
3 to 4 med. potatoes, diced

Brown hamburger and drain off grease. Add potatoes to hamburger and cover completely with water. Cook 10 minutes until potatoes are done. Always keep enough water in pan to cover hamburger and potatoes at all times. Stir in 1 envelope of gravy mix at a time. Stir and simmer until thickened. You may add onions or a vegetable if desired.
