SPEEDY SUMMER SALAD 
1 (2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (20 oz.) can mandarin orange sections, drained and cut up
1 pt. cottage cheese
1 (10 oz.) carton non-dairy whipped topping
1 lg. pkg. orange Jello
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

Mix pineapple and orange pieces, cottage cheese, thoroughly. Add powdered Jello and stir in whipped topping. When these ingredients are completely mixed, stir in nuts and marshmallows.

Refrigerate. Salad sets in 30 minutes or less.
