CORN PUDDING 
1 lb. cream corn
1 lb. whole corn
2 eggs, beaten
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 c. sour cream
1 stick butter, melted
1 tbsp. sugar

Mix, then top with buttered crumbs. Bake in casserole 1 hour at 325 to 350 degrees or bake in large greased flat pan for 45 minutes.
