FETTUCINI 
3 med. onions, chopped
3 green onions
1 bell pepper
2 ribs celery
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. parsley
2 lb. peeled shrimp, crawfish or crab
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/2 pt. Half & Half
1/2 lb. fettucini noodles
Parmesan cheese
Garlic

Saute vegetables in butter until soft. Add flour, parsley and shrimp. Cook for 15 minutes. Add Velveeta, Half & Half and garlic. Cook for 15 minutes. Boil noodles, drain and fold into sauce. Pour in 9 x 13 x 2 dish and sprinkle Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
