SPICY APPLE CRISP 
4 c. peeled & sliced cooking apples
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. sifted all-purpose whole grain flour
1 c. rolled oats, uncooked
1/4 c. honey
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. butter, melted

Place apples in a shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Combine flour, oats, honey, cinnamon and butter, mixing until crumbly. Sprinkle on apples. Bake in preheated oven 375 degrees about 30 minutes or until apples are tender. Serve warm or cold with low fat yogurt. Serves 6.
