SWISS STEAK 
2 to 2 1/2 lbs. round steak
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
15 oz. can tomato sauce
1 can water
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. oregano
Pinch of garlic salt

Flour steak and brown in skillet. Transfer to baking dish and add remaining ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees about 2 hours.
