CHOCOLATE ALMOND COFFEE 
1/3 c. ground coffee
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. chocolate extract
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/4 c. toasted almonds, chopped

Place coffee and nutmeg in a food processor or blender. With it running, add extracts. Stop and scrape bowl, blend 10 seconds longer. Add chopped almonds. Store in the refrigerator. Makes eight 6 ounce servings when brewed.
