GOULASH 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 med. onion, diced
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (15 oz.) can red kidney beans
3/4 c. macaroni
Salt & pepper

Brown ground chuck and diced onion. Drain. Add tomato sauce and kidney beans and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for approximately 1/2 hour. Cook macaroni until tender and add to meat shortly before serving.
