TACO SALAD 
2 or 3 lbs. ground beef
2 pkg. taco seasoning
Lettuce
4 tomatoes
1 or 2 red onions
1 can black olives, pitted
1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 pkg. nacho cheese chips
1 lg. bottle Catalina dressing

Fry ground beef, drain. Add taco seasonings with 1 1/2 cups of water, let boil. Cool. Cut up lettuce, tomatoes, onions, olives. In large bowl, mix all ingredients together. Put in shredded cheese. Before serving, crunch up chips and add to mix, then add dressing, stir well.
