1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. apple juice
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 medium red apple, chopped fine
1/2 cup pecans, chopped fine

Microwave cream cheese 15 seconds to soften. Add apple juice & brown sugar. Beat until fluffy. Add cinnamon ~ pecans ~ apple pieces. Blend again until fluffy. Chill until ready to serve. Great with Ritz crackers or Graham crackers.
