AD LIB SOUP FOR ONE 
Waste not, want not - healthy hot lunch!

1/2 cup leftover cooked vegetables
1 tbsp. softened butter
1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
pepper, to taste
2 or 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
1 cup milk

Purée all ingredients in a blender or with a hand blender until smooth. Heat gently in a small saucepan or microwave in a soup bowl until hot. Enjoy!

Makes one serving.
