SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. milk

Topping:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. all purpose flour
2 1/2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Combine ingredients and spread in 2-qt. casserole dish. Combine topping ingredients and spread on top of potato mixture.

Bake at 350°F for 30-40 minutes.
