3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1/3 stick butter
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. butternut flavoring
1/2 c. coconut

Topping:

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. flour (self-rising)
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Mix potatoes, melted butter and all other ingredients together and put in large casserole dish.

Mix melted butter with all ingredients and crumble on top of potato mixture.

Bake at 350°F for approximately 35 minutes.
